Red clay: our classic for more than 100 years
Natural red terracotta clay is certainly THE evergreen in our assortment. The mixture of red-firing Westerwald and lean clays helps us to achieve the characteristic bright red firing color and the perfect porosity of the material.
Antique: Mediterranean flair for your garden
Antique is our recipe for that little touch of Mediterranean flair in your garden or on your terrace. A special blend of cream and red-firing clay varieties from Westerwalder pits creates planters that tend to naturally efflorescence. The bulkier the clay walls pots and planters are, the more prominent the unique efflorescence will appear.
Marble: Each pot is one of a kind
The marble planters consist of a clay material that is mixed with a light mineral suspension during processing. The result is an individual marbled look that is distinct for each planter. This makes each planter truly unique!
Basalt: Elegant and individual
Our basalt planters are created by an anthracite-coloured marbling of the grey umbra basic clay. The marble effect makes the pots look particularly elegant and individual - the perfect outdoor appearance or, appropriately waterproofed, for a modern living environment!
Umbra: Earthy coloration
The dark-coloured Umbra clay subtly steps into the background, leaving your plants to take centre stage. Umbra is perfect for use on natural stone or wood surfaces thanks to its demure grey colouring.
Granite: The much-sought after novelty
Spang Granite planters are made from white clay from the Westerwald region. The planters, which look whitish to light grey, impress with a noble look and complement our dark basalt series with their almost porcelain-like structure.
