How do I order from Spang?
You can efficiently track previous orders in your customer account – or take advantage of customized price offers and special conditions, which we would be happy to discuss with you personally. Before your order is finally confirmed, you will of course receive an order confirmation – or, if you wish, just a non-binding offer. This way, you can ensure that your selected products meet your expectations. Are you unsure which of our planters are suitable for your needs? Then let our experts advise you in a personal consultation to help you select the right products! Should, contrary to expectations, you encounter difficulties with one of your orders: No problem! Our customer support is available to you at any time by phone or email!
The Spang Numbering System
Our item numbers are precisely structured so that you can see all relevant information about a product at a glance. Each number block consists of three digits, each of which provides one piece of information:
- First number block: Defines the shape of the pot.
- Second number block: Usually indicates the outer diameter of the pot in millimeters. For BLT and ROS, the article number refers to the inner diameter.
- Third block of numbers: Indicates whether the article has a bottom hole or not and what clay material it is made of.
- Fourth block of numbers: Describes the treatment of the article (untreated, impregnated, glazed, or colored coated).
- Additional Numbers: These describe the labeling (e.g. EAN label) and the packaging method (e.g. palletized, wrapped in film).
